Below you will read the official Privacy Statement of Sizo Buitenreclame B.V., Sizo Onderhoud B.V., Sizo Promotional Items B.V. and Sizo Digital Solutions B.V., hereinafter referred to as Sizo. This Privacy Statement has been prepared in accordance with legal provisions such as the Personal Data Protection Act and also with effect from 25 May 2018 the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG).
Sizo attaches great importance to your privacy. Through this Privacy Statement, we indicate to you that we handle the data of our relationship network very confidentially and carefully. Personal data is only processed in accordance with the aforementioned legal provisions.

What does this privacy statement apply to?

This Privacy Statement provides information about the processing of personal and business data by or on behalf of Sizo and relates exclusively to the use of personal and business data of its customers, suppliers and website visitors and users of Sizo's newsletters.
This Privacy Statement therefore does not apply to websites, newsletters and other media communication channels of third parties, such as, for example, the websites or apps to which Sizo refers on its websites and in its mailings/newsletters. We advise you to consult the privacy policies of these third parties on the relevant websites.

In what ways do we collect personal data?

Sizo may receive information from you in the following ways:

  • Directly from you: for example, by entering into a contract with us, when you contact us by e-mail, telephone or in writing, or by subscribing to our newsletter.
  • Via own initial acquisition: Sizo is a commercial organization that performs acquisition on many different prospects. We manage this also externally acquired data exclusively for our own acquisition purposes.
  • Via third parties: we regularly use the services of third parties, such as external ZZP'ers and freelancers, who perform work with regard to acquisition or photography. These third parties then act on behalf of Sizo. This Privacy Statement also applies to the data collected through these third parties when they act on behalf of Sizo. We are not responsible for the collection of data not on behalf of Sizo. In this context, we refer you to the privacy policies of these relevant third parties.

Sizo uses functional, analytical and/or tracking cookies on its websites and in its newsletters.

What personal data do we collect?

Sizo can process personal and business data, because you use the services and products of Sizo or because you have provided it to us yourself when completing, for example, a contact form on one of Sizo's websites.

Sizo may process - depending on the contact options you use - the following personal and business data:
  • Contact and account information - such as the first and last name you provide, address information, including zip code, landline and/or mobile phone number, email address(es) and any login information.
  • Job titles of individuals within organizations for the purpose of proper addressing by us and approach in connection with our acquisition purposes.
  • Payment and billing information - in case you have entered into an agreement with us - such as for financial processing your bank details, registration number at the Chamber of Commerce and VAT numbers.

Why do we collect your personal data?

Sizo uses the personal and business data obtained in the first instance to be able to perform the agreements entered into as well as possible. The personal and company data obtained are also used for Sizo's internal administration.

Here you can think of:
  • To maintain and improve the contractual relationship with (potential) customers, the relationship network, suppliers, external ZZP'ers with whom are cooperating or for improving the services and products of Sizo.
  • To inform about Sizo's activities by sending informative digital newsletters.
  • Handling complaints and compliments.
  • Making offers for our acquisition purposes.
  • To apply and implement all legal obligations arising from the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Data Regulation.

Sizo regularly sends newsletters by e-mail. If you believe that you no longer wish to receive a newsletter, you can use the legally required unsubscribe link included in the digital newsletter.

With whom do we share your personal and business information?

Sizo may share your personal and business data with its own employees and hired freelancers for the purpose of assembly activities and shipments/deliveries by its own employees and third parties (transport service). Sizo may also share your personal and business data for the purpose of acquisition purposes for the organization, performed by both its own employees and externally hired self-employed workers and freelancers, who then contact you on behalf of Sizo to provide information about our services and products.
Sizo may be required to provide your personal and business data because of a legal obligation imposed on Sizo and/or in response to urgent requests to do so by the authorities.
In the latter case, Sizo has taken the necessary organizational and contractual measures to ensure that personal data are processed and protected in accordance with European and Dutch law.

How long do we keep your data?

Sizo does not retain your data longer than necessary for the performance of the agreements and in any case no longer than 10 years after the agreement has been terminated, unless this is necessary to comply with a legal retention obligation, as expressed in laws and regulations of, for example, the Tax Office.

How will your personal and business data be secured?

Sizo has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure all data against loss or any form of unlawful processing. Sizo has adopted an information security policy and taken physical, organizational and electronic measures in compliance with it.

What rights do you have?

Through the special contact form below regarding this Privacy Statement, you may object in writing to the use of certain data by Sizo. Through that form you can also submit a request for inspection, correction and/or deletion of your personal and company data.
